The Amiga section of Oxyron exists since 1994, announcing the new founded
section with the first release at THE PARTY 1994 entitled KILLING TIME, high
respected from the coding, like all other demos on this system so far.
But if you think that Oxyron's productions are scene-related only you are
definately wrong, as we have for sure some other projects realised and
spread later on, such as useful tools and an excellent game we are actually
working on. The next lines will give an overview about our previous and
current productions.
The CD Version features lots of extra animations (about 2000frames) and
can be ordered at New Generation Software.
TRAPPED is a kind of role playing game with traditional 3D
features such as textures, dynamic lights, stairs, etc. and some special
features like lens-flares, shadow maps, anti-aliasing and bluring just to
name a few of them all. The offered 3D engine is very special, and it's more
an understatement to call it special only. You have to kill some evilish
monsters, find and collect keys and other useful utilities, deactivate traps
and lots more of those traditional 'RPG' features which are making these
kind of games so special.
This game will run on an every Amiga with
atleast 2 MB RAM and a 68020 (or higher) processor unit, but if you have a
68030 processor with 50 MHZ with 4 MB Fast-RAM you will get
FAST screen refresh rates in the best possible quality, nothing
less but 1x1 pixel resolution in 256 colors.
Supported Color Depths modes are 64 color EHB, 256 colors AGA and 256 colors Graffiti.
For the fact you haven't heard or seen the game so far we offer you to download an extended review
as well as a free preview copy.
